DAMPAK FLEKSIBILITAS KOGNITIF TERHADAP RESISTENSI PERUBAHAN ABSENSI PADA DINAS SATPOL PP DAN DAMKAR PROVINSI SUMBAR

Abstrak

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Cognitive Flexibility on Affective Resistance, Cognitive Resistance, and Behavior Resistance to official employees of the civil service police and fire department in the province of West Sumatra. Design/methodology/approach - The object of research is the employee of the civil service police and fire department in the province of West Sumatra. The population in this study were all members of the civil service police and fire department in West Sumatra province, which numbered fifty people, while the sample in this study was the staff of the civil service police and fire department in West Sumatra province, totaling thirty-two people. In this study the sampling technique used by the author is probability sampling with random sampling techniques. Findings - In this study found the results that the higher the positive cognitive, the higher the affective resistance. The higher cognitive positivity, the higher cognitive resistance.
