PENGARUH NORMA SOSIAL, ORGANISASI DAN PRIBADI TERHADAP PRILAKU PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the role of social norms, organizational norms and personal norms on the behavior of waste management at the Dharmasraya Regency Environmental Agency. In addition, this study also determines social norms, organizational norms and Personal norms as Independent variables and Waste Management Behavior as the dependent variable. We use thirty-six respondents consisting of the State Civil Apparatus and Functional Staff in the Department of Environment of Dharmasraya Regency. Using structural equation models (SEM) with the smart-pls approach, we find that Social Norms and Personal Norms have a positive role with work behavior Waste Management and Organizational Norms do not show a significant role or influence on waste management behavior, while this study also has practical contributions and theoretical as a reference in finding the behavior problem of waste management in the Department of Environment in particular and Dharmasraya District Government in general.
