PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF TERHADAP RESISTENSI PADA PERUBAHAN
Abstrak
This study survey the resistance to change among government workers in Indonesia. Previousresearch fail to pay attention for public sector, such as local goernment. Specifically, this study
aims to examine the effect of communication and affective commitment on resitance to change.
Using 30 final samples, this study applied the smart-pls to analyse the primary data gathered
through quistioners. Two hypotheses were tested here and the result show that there is a
positive relationship between communication and resistance to changes. In addition, the effect
of affective commitement is negative. This study has practical and theoritical implications and
it disccuss in detail.
