Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Komitmen pada Perubahan: Keadilan Organisasi sebagai Mediasi
Abstrak
The objective of this study is to examine the effect of the servant leadership on commitment tochange. Beside, this study also tested the role of organizaional justice as nediating variable
between servant leadership and commitment to change. Public civil servants working in
provinnce government are used as research object. Using structural equation modeling (smartpls),
the results showed that servant leadership has a negative relationhsip with commitment to
change. In addition, the organizational justice plays an important role mediating between servant
leadership and commitment to change. This study contributes to the organizational change
literature by providing a deeper insight into what aspect of leadership may be of essential
importance for employees undergoing an organizational change process.
