Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Pemberdayaan Psikologi terhadap Sinisma Pada Perubahaan

Abstrak

This study aims to see the effect of transformational leadership and psychology empowerment
on the cynism on change with a sample of 40 ASN in the BKPSDM of Lima Puluh Kota
Regency. The results of this study show significantly transformational leadership has an effect
on the cynism on change, while psychological empowerment is influential but not significant.
The application of transformational leadership can reduce the attitude of cynism in ASN
BKPSDM.
