Pengaruh stres kerja terhadap Prilaku Negatif Pegawai: Kepemimpinan Transformasional sebagai Pemoderasi
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect of transformatinal leadership and job stress onnegative work behavior among public servants. Besides, this study also determine the role of
transformational leadership as moderating variabel between job stress and negative working
behavior. We use thirty-six respondents in goverment of Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Using the
structural equation model (SEM) with smart-pls approach, we find that job stress has a positive
relationship with the negative working behavior. However, transformational leadership as
independent variabels does not have a significant relationship with negative working behavior.
In addition, transformational leadership as moderating variable also does not influence the
negative work behavior. This study has a practical and theoritical contribution and they are
discussed.
