PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, good corporate governance and capital structure on firm value, where profitability, good corporate governance and capital structure as independent variables and firm value as the dependent variable. The sample in this study is 88 companies listed on the stock exchange using data panel analysis (eviews). The results shows that profitability has a  insignificant effect on the firm value, good corporate governance is measured by board of commissioners independent has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while capital structure has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company.
