PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP INNOVATION PERFORMANCE

Abstrak

The study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance on innovation performance. Where corporate governance measured with capital structure , dividend policy, and independent of board of commissioners. The sample of this study is 57 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange using the panel data analysis (eveiws 9). The results showed that the capital structure has a positive effect on the innovation performance. Dividend policy and commissioner do not have a significant impact on innovation performance. For the control variabel, firm size has a positive and significant on innovation performance. The other one of control variabel is growth opportunity did not affect innovation performance.
