Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to determine the efffect of perceived workgroup norms, self-regulatory efficacy on deviant workplace behavior. The respondents of this research 96 were employee at PT. japfa comfeed Indonesia Tbk Padang, The sampling method used by slovin formula. Techniques of data collection is survey. Data on this research analyzed by SEM-PLS method. The result of this research are that workgroup norms has significant influences to deviant workplace behavior so that Hypotesis 1 and 2 is accepted and self-regulatory efficacy suggest interaction between descriptive norm and deviant workplace behavior so hypothesis 3 is accepted. But self-regulatory efficacy not suggest interaction between injuctive norms and deviant workplace behavior so that hypothesis 4 is rejected.
