PENGARUH IDENTITAS ORGANISASI DAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN TERHADAP SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DR. MUHAMMAD ZEIN PAINAN

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to build a conceptual model of the safety management system by forming a long-term safety culture and organizational identity. This research was conducted at the Inpatient Nurse Dr. Muhammad Zein Painan After the questionnaire was distributed as many as 117 respondents but the questionnaire returned and could be processed into as many as 85 respondents, data processing using SEM-PLS. The reesults of thiis stuudy are that organiizational identity positively influences safety culture so that Hypothesis 1 is accepted, and organizational identity positively affects the performance of SMS so Hypothesis 2 is received and safety culture does not affect the performance of SMS so Hypothesis 3 is rejected.
