PENGARUH KEPUASAN KARIR DAN MODAL PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN SUBJEKTIF STUDI PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

Abstrak

Research at the West Pasaman Regency Environmental Agency on the effect of career satisfaction and psychological capital on subjective well-being has been carried out. Subjective well-being or happiness, according to some expert opinions, can increase one's productivity. Based on the findings of this study it is known that career satisfaction is not directly related to subjective well-being while psychological capital is the opposite. The census method was used in the study with a sample of 60 respondents (consisting of 35 (thirty-five) civil servants and 25 (twenty-five) freedmen), who filled out the questionnaire with a 100% return rate. Two hypotheses that are set refer to previous research by Baek Kyoo Joo et al (2017) show the same results with research conducted at the West Pasaman District Environmental Service.
