Abstrak

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to know relationship between perceived employability with voluntary leaning behavior and organization-based self-esteem (OBSE). This study also examined the interactive relationship between voluntary leaning behavior and organizational base self esteem, which can be viewed as a means of enhancing human capital. Data collection was done by providing questionnaires to 37 employee in the department of population and Civil Registration Pesisir Selatan. The collected data was processed using PLS version 3. Hypotesis testing result are as follows. First, voluntary learning behaviour has no influence in perceived emploability. Second, organizational-based self-esteem have positive influence on perceived employability.
