Pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Kinerja (SMK), Kompetensi dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Pusat Bank Nagari
AbstrakThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of performance management system, competence and job promotion on the employee performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat (Bank Nagari).
The number of respondences in this study are 75 respondences. The data analysis technique used in this study is SmartPLS. The results of this study find that the performance management system and competence do not give significant impact on employee pefromance. While, job promotion has a positive and significant impact on employee performance of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Barat (Bank Nagari).
