IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN MENTERI DESA PDTT NOMOR 18 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG PENDAMPINGAN MASYARAKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN BASO KABUPATEN AGAM

Abstrak

Village development was the result and the implementation that be a key and the foundation of Regency and National development. Village associate was one of professional staff who has obligation for doing association based on Peraturan Menteri Desa, Daerah Tertinggal, dan Tranmigrasi No. 18 Tahun 2019. Village associate did association by assistanting, organizing, guiding, and falisitating the Village in Village development. In Baso Sub District Agam Recency association that was doing by the Village associate was still does not optimal yet. This research purposed to analysing the optimality the Village associate function in implementation Village development based on Peraturan Mentri Desa No 18 Tahun 2019 in Baso Sub District Agam Regency. This study was using Qualitative descriptive method, the technique of data collection used study of library, observation, and  interview. The result of this research showed that the function of village associate did not work optimally yet because of the amount of village associate was still not enough, the association region iwas far a way from each other, and the human capacity in the village was still low.
