PENGARUH TEAM BUILDING DAN PEMBERDAYAAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN PADA SEKOLAH TINGGI STIE SAKTI ALAM KERINCI

Abstract

Research on team building, employee empowerment of employee competencies at the STIE Sakti University in Kerinci with 40 respondents. The results of this study stated that team building, employee empowerment had a positive and significant effect on employee competence. the overall effect is 69.1% while 30.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
