PENGARUH BUDAYA PEMBELAJARAN DAN STRUKTUR ORGANISASI TERHADAP KAPASITAS INOVASI PADA BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN
AbstrakThe capacity of innovation plays an important role in success in the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Solok Regency because the capacity of innovation is influenced by several factors. Where organizational structure has become key as ideas of innovation capacity emerge. Besides learning culture is also one of the factors in it. This study aims to analyze the influence of learner culture and organizational structure on innovation capacity at the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Solok Regency. This research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency of South Solok Regency with a sample of 41 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting questionnaires. Data processing uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that (1) there was no significant influence between the culture of learners on the capacity of innovation. (2) Organizational structure provides a significant influence on the capacity of innovation. This application shows that innovation brings changes to the learning culture and organizational structure.
