Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of work engagement on employee proactivity (individual innovation) both directly and through mediation of learning goal orientation. The results of this study indicate a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable and also the intervening variable. It is hoped that this research will have a scientific study of the science and practice of human resources
