Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to study the effect of an Organizational Integrity and Leadership Behavior on work engagement. Employee working in parlement secretariat at Kabupaten Solok is a research object. there are two hypotheses being tested in this study. Fourty employees were distibuted the quistioners and all respondents returned the quesioners. Strucutral equation model (SEM) is applied and smart-pls is choosen to analyse data. there are two assessment in smart pls: measurement model assessment and structural model assessment. The result show that all hypotheses are rejected. it means that there is no relationship between organizational integrity and work enggagement. Besides, the effect of leadership behaviour on work enggagement is also not significant.
