Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of the emotional appearance of patients on the performance of medical personnel mediated by the mood of the medical staff at Siti Rahma Padang Hospital. the study used 55 respondents as samples. The results found the patient's emotional appearance had a positive effect on the mood of medical personnel and the performance of medical personnel, but the mood of medical personnel did not mediate the relationship between the appearance of the patient's emotions and the performance of medical staff at Siti Rahma Padang Hospital.
