PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN, KETERAMPILAN DAN SIKAP TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 BONJOL KABUPATEN PASAMAN
Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the performance of senior high school teachers. The respondents of this research were 54 teachers at SMAN 1 Bonjol. The sampling method used is is the census because all population members are taken as sample. Techniques of data collection is survey. To determine the effect of variables X1, X2, and X3 on Y, this study use SEM PLS method to analyze primary data. The results indicate that (i) Teachers' Knowledge does not have a positive effect on teacher performance because the t-statistic (0.098) is smaller than 1.96 and the P-Value of 0.922 is bigger than 0.05. (H1 is rejected), (ii) Teachers' skills does not have a positive effect on teacher performance because the t-statistic (1.327) smaller than 1.96 and the P-value is bigger than 0.05 (H2 is rejected), and (iii) Teachers' attitudes have a positive effect toward teacher performance because the t-statistic is bigger than 1.96 that is 2.230 and the P-Value is smaller than 0.05 which is 0.026 (H3 is accepted). The implication of this research is the teacher should increase their attitudes ir order to improve performance.
