PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN INFRASTRUKTUR DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGGUNAAN DANA DESA (Studi Kasus Di Desa Gedang Kecamatan Sungai Penuh Dan Desa Sungai Liuk Kecamatan Pesisir Bukit Kota Sungai Penuh)

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of village funds in the implementation of village infrastructure work in an effort to empower the community. This research study was located in two villages in Sungai Penuh city, namely Gedang village, Sungai Penuh sub-district and also Suangai Liuk village, Pesisir Bukit sub-district Sungai Penuh in implementing infrastructure development in an effort to increase community empowerment. Rural community empowerment that is expected in this research is a form of community participation both in planning and also in community participation in infrastructure development work as a form of village fund management. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. While the instruments used in this study were interviews and also field observation activities so that the results of the study were analyzed by qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in community empowerment in managing village funds in two villages in Sungai Penuh in an effort to empower communities both in terms of physical and non-physical development.
