ANALISA PENGOLAHAN IKAN SALAI DI BERBAGAI DAERAH: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial feasibility analysis of salai fish processing in various regions. The method of analysis in this research is to conduct a review study calculating production costs, RC ratio, break even point of salai fish processing business with different locations. The results showed that in the three regions getting profit and business analysis was at the break-even point with an RC ratio greater than 1 so that it had the feasibility of trying to process salai fish. Salai fish processing has a promising business opportunity and realizes sustainable fisheries production.
