Abstrak

Passive Euthanesia actions are: stop or revoke all actions or treatments needed to maintain human life. Technological advances have made euthanesia an interesting study in terms of: moral, ethical, medical, and positive law. Because of technological advances, it's as if death with respiratory problems can be accelerated or slowed down. While death is God's right. So that the discussion is not widespread, focused, systematic and directed the authors formulate the problem as follows: first, how is the moral and ethical view of passive euthanasia? Second: What is the view of Medical Ethics about passive euthanasia, third: What is the religious view of passive euthanasia? Fourth: What are the views of foreign countries towards passive euthanasia?, Fifth: What is Indonesia's positive legal view of passive euthanasia? . With the first goal: Knowing the moral and ethical views of passive euthanasia, second: Knowing the ethical view of medicine towards passive euthanasia, third: Knowing the religious views about passive euthanasia, fourth: Knowing the views of foreign countries towards passive euthanasia, fifth: Knowing the positive legal view of passive euthanasia in Indonesia. The research uses a literature study with a legal approach. From the results of the study found that euthanasia is not accepted morally, religiously, medically and legally in Indonesia.
