TINJAUAN ETIS, AGAMA DAN HUKUM SISA PROSES IVF (IN VITRO FERTILIZATION) DI INDONESIA.

Abstrak

The development of medical technology is about genetics, the dream of a married couple whose family has long been married but has not yet been blessed with offspring.  Various speeches are carried out after husband and wife to get offspring, mulat from herbal medicine to medical treatment with technology, namely with IVF Tube IVF is the taking of the ovum from the wife more than one even twenty to 20.  The purpose of this study is to be able to find answers to two problems that arise because there are left over embryos from the results of the In Vitro Fertilization program in Indonesia, namely: 1. Review the remaining process of the Bayt tube (IVF) in Indonesia from an ethical ethical standpoint  and law?  2. What is the role involved in managing the remainder of the IVF process in Indonesia?  This type of research is the normative legal literature, juridical approach method that is by looking at the legal provisions, and the legal status of the remaining IVF process according to religious law and positive law in Indonesia.  How to get data through library research, to obtain data used document studies.  The research approach method is a legal, conceptual and comparative approach.  Data analysis using qualitative methods.  The results of this study explain the rest of the IVF process that is similar to living humans, also has the right to life.  Humans at the embryonic stage, are born into the world and up to humans are children, adults, old age and death.
