Abstrak

This study discusses self-evaluation of individual preparediness to change and influence changes in vaiables between trustinmanagement and individual readiness to change. The population in this study amounted to 79 employees of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatera Province and all employees were used as research samples.

Data collection using a Likert-5 scale questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in research that is quantitative research is to use the SEM=PLS application student version. Theresults showed that self-evaluation had a positive and significant effect on the readiness of individuals to change at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatera Province, as well as on the variable of perceivedimpactofchange, also mediating the relationship betwen trust in management and the readiness of individuals to change at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatera Province.
