ASPEK PENGARUH KINERJA MUTU PROYEK KONSTRUKSI BANGUNAN DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Abstrak

Along with the increase in construction service providers today, it should be directly proportional to the improvement in the quality of projects in the construction world. A good construction work is a construction work that is completed on time with a pre-planned cost and the quality can be achieved in accordance with the requirements. And this is influenced by several elements, for that to know the element needs to be carried out research so that it can be known elements or dominant factors that affect the quality of construction implementation projects. The method used to review the elements that affect the quality of project implementation performance is a descriptive method by making a systematic, factual and accurate description of the picture, then processed using the SPSS program with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results of the study note that of the 7 (seven) factors that affect project quality performance there are 2 (two) the most dominant factors influencing the influence of material factors and the influence of environmental factors with a value of 0.8971or 89.72%.
