Research on the influence of transactiona1leadership1and1transformational leadership in influencing1the acceptance of change in the KUD Tiku V Jorong. With respondents from all employees numbering 51 people, with the result that1transactional1leadership1has a1positive effect1on1the1acceptance1of1change1and1transformational1leadership does not affect the acceptance of change. So based1on1these1results1it1can be1concluded1that the existing transactional leadership in KUD Tiku V Jorong is more necessary in1order1to1achieve acceptance of changes in accordance1with1the1vision1and1mission of KUD Tiku V Jorong.
