FAKTOR PENENTU ASPIRATION LEADERSHIP

Abstrak

The role of leadership has been becoming an important determinant of organization sucess. There are a bundle of study investigating few of leadership. However, there is a lack of study investigating the aspiration leadership, especially using Indonesia context. Therefore, this study investigate the  influence of organizational identification and communal orientation on aspiration leadership aspiration. Thirty-two employee of broadcast television in Padang were particpated in this study. Data was collected by survey. In addition, structural equation model is employed to accept the hypotheses. Smart-pls is used to analyse the research data. the result shows that organizational identification and communal orientation has a positive effect on aspiration leadership. Practically, an organization need to have an organizational identification and communal orientation in order to have a aspiration leadership. Theoritically, this study contribute to the leadership literatures.
