FAKTOR PENENTU KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENTSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstrak
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the steps which benefits the organization for the extra behavior done by employees in the organization without rewards. it becomes an important aspect for organization to increase efficiency. The study has an objective of investigating the determinants of orgazation commitment. Besides, this study also analyse the effect of orgzational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour. Social exchange theory is applied to understand the phenomena. Employee working in education division of padang city goverment are object of the study. Thirty-five respondents were participated in this study. Structural equation model is used to analyse the data. In this case, we employ smart-pls 3.2.8 (student version). The result reveal that person organisional fit has postive effect on organizational commitment. Contrast to the first finding, second finding is not supported. Further, an organizational committment has positive effect on organizational citizentship behaviour. This study has practical and theoritical implication. Practically, an organization intent to increase the organizational commitment of employee, the management need to increase the person-organizational-fit (Pof). Besides, organizational can improve the citizenship behaviour of employee by increase the organizational commitment. Theoriticaly, this study partially contribute to the social exchange theory.
