This study aimed to describe the increase in interest and students write questions, answering questions and responding to questions and answers in science teaching. Types of research used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study was conducted by 2 cycles. Subjects of this study were fourth grade students, which amounts to 26 students. The research instrument used was a teacher observation sheet activities, observation sheet student interest and achievement test. The results showed that students' interest in writing the questions the average percentage obtained in the first cycle of the 42.11% increase in cycle II to 80.77%, student interest in answering questions the percentage obtained in the first cycle of a 38.26% increase on the second cycle to 76.92%, and interest in student learning in response to questions and answers obtained percentage in the first cycle of the 32.67% increase in cycle II to 73.03%. In addition, the average value of the learning outcomes of the first cycle increased 46.15% in the second cycle to be 84.61%. From the results of this study concluded that students' interests and learning outcomes can be improved through question student have strategies class IV on science learning.
