PENINGKATAN KREATIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS MELALUI MODEL TEBAK KATA DI SDN 05 MARABAU PARIAMAN

This research is motivated by the lack of creativity of students in fifth grade social studies lesson in SDN 05 Marabau Pariaman. The purpose of this study is to describe the enhancement of creativity in students of class V to answer questions and working through the exercises in learning social studies Guess word models in SDN 05 Marabau Pariaman. Type of research used in this study is action research (PTK). Subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 05 Marabau Pariaman, which amounts to 20 students. The research instrument used in this study is the observation sheet creativity of student learning, teacher observation sheet activities, and tests student learning outcomes. Based on the results of this research is that students learn creativity to answer the question that is 42.5% in the first cycle increased to 77.5% in the second cycle, students learn creativity doing exercises at 65% in the first cycle increased to 82.5% in the second cycle. Furthermore, the percentage of mastery learning students in the first cycle 55% (11 people) gained an average of 60.5 value of the percentage is increased to 80% in the second cycle (16) obtained an average value of the percentage is 76.75. From the research it can be concluded that the IPS learning through word of SDN Guess Model 05 Marabau Pariaman can increase creativity and student learning outcomes. Based on the results of this research suggest that teachers can implement the model Guess words in social studies learning.
