SUMMARY

The research was distributed by most of the value of the second semester math daily repeats even grade VIII SMPN 15 Padang lesson 2016/2017 year the field still under KKM. There are factors that cause low results of student learning that is most of the students are still reluctant to ask the teacher if it does not understand the material being taught because of the lack of understanding of the concept of students in the learning process and less happening two-way communication between teachers with students. One of the ways that can be used to overcome this problem is to implement cooperative learning model of the type of the script.

The hypothesis of the research is the result of learning math grade VIII SMPN 15 Padang field which cooperative learning model of applying analytical study type the script better than the results of learning math lesson that students apply learning. This type of research is experimental. The population in the study is grade VIII SMPN 15 Padang field. Sample research VIII. 5 is experimental and class VIII. 2 class control.

Based on the results of a study of students in both classes of data sample, the results of the calculation of the ultimate test obtained P-Value = 0.526 > 0.05 can be concluded that the results of the lesson that students learn math apply cooperative learning model of the type of the script as well as the results of learning math lesson that students apply learning.

Based on the research results, it is advisable to study mathematics teachers can implement cooperative learning model in mathematical learning Script type as one of the innovations of students in learning mathematics
