The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work ability, emotional intellegent, and employee communication on Organizatinal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang. This analysis used 91 respondent. The results of this research are the work ability does not effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while emotional intelligence and employee communication give positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
