STUDI KONTRUKSI ALAT TANGKAP JARING INSANG MONOFILAMENT YANG DIOPERASIKAN DI PERAIRAN AIR BANGIS KECAMATAN SUNGAI BEREMAS KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis spesifikasi dan kontruksi alat tangkap jaring insang monofilment, metote pengoperasian, daerah penangkapan ikan dan jenis ikan hasil tangkapan di perairan air bangis kecamatan sungaiberemas kabupaten pasaman barat. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimen. Hasil  menunjukkan panjang jaring sebelum dirakit 96 meter, sesudah dirakit 67 meter jumlah mata jaring ke arah panjang 1.920 mata, dan dalam jaring 5 meter, jumlah mata jaring ke arah dalam 100 mata. Ukuran mata jaring 2 inci (5 cm), shortening adalah 30,20 %, bahan benang  digunakan yaitu nylon berwana putih dengan nomor benang 0,25. Jumlah pemberat sebanyak 197  buah serta 98 buah pelampung. Cara pengoperasian alat tangkap jaring insang dasar yaitu dengan cara posisi kapal lurus kedepan dan kecepatan kapal 1 knot pada saat itulah alat tangkap jaring insang dasar diturunkanJarak penangkapan alat tangkap jaring insang sekitar 3 - 4 mil atau sama dengan 5,5 – 9,1  km dari pantai.Jenis ikan hasil tangkapan Udang (Penaeus monodon), Kepiting (Portunus sp), ikan Kwe (Caranx melampygus), ikan peperek (Leiognathus egulus), ikan Kapas-Kapas (Gares punctatus), ikan Barakuda (Sphyraena barracuda), ikan Kembung Perempuan (Rastrelliger kanagurta), ikan Sebelah (Pleuronecti formes), ikan Mayung (Arius thalassinus).

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the research, namely analyzing specifications and construction monofilment gill net capture tool, the metote operation, the arrest of fish and species of fish catches in the waters of air bangis subdistrict sungaiberemas pasaman barat. The research method is a method of experimentation. The results show the length of the nets before the assembled 96 metres, having assembled 67 meters the amount of eye the net at 1.920 long eyes, and in the net amount of 5 meters, the eyes of the net at 100 in the eye.
