KEANEKARAGAMAN PLANKTON DI KAWASAN PERAIRAN TELUK BUO KECAMATAN BUNGUS TELUK KABUNG KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman plankton, Kerapatan Relatif (KR), Frekuensi Keberadaan (FK) dan Indeks Diversitas di Perairan Teluk Buo Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung Kota Padang. Penentuan titik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metoda purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian pada perairan Teluk Buo Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung pada stasiun I di PLTU Teluk Sirih 14 jenis, jumlah individu 20.000/L, stasiun II kawasan Keramba Jaring Apung BBI Bungus 17 jenis, jumlah individu 26.800/L, stasiun III di Pemukiman Masyarakat 14 jenis, jumlah individu 13.600/L dan stasiun IV kawasan sekitar Mangrove  18 jenis, jumlah individu 29.800/L. Frekuensi Keberadaan (FK) berkisar antara 50 – 100%. Indeks Diversitas di lokasi PLTU Teluk Sirih 3,6085, Keramba Jaring Apung BBI Bungus 3,8538, Pemukiman Masyarakat 3,5702 dan Kawasan Mangrove 5,6276. Parameter kualitas air yang diukur adalah pH 6 - 7, DO 5,6 – 6,4 ppm, Nitrat 0,05 – 0,45 ppm, Phospat 0,02 – 0,37 ppm, Amoniak 0,09 –0,40 ppm, Salinitas 30ppm, Kecerahan 2 – 8 meter, Suhu 32,5 – 33,7^oC.

ABSTRAK

Research aims to understand diversity plankton, density relative (KR), frequency of presence (FK) and an index diversity in the gulf buo kecamatan bungus the gulf of kabung padang city. The determination of the sample collection point use of sampling methods purposive.  The results of research on the gulf buo kecamatan bungus the gulf of kabung in coal-fired power station I  in the gulf of sirih 14 type, a number of individuals 20,000 / l, station II area floating net cages a net buoyant bbi bungus 17 type, a number of individuals 26.800 / l, station III in settlement 14 type , a number of individuals 13.600 / l and station IV area around mangrove 18 type, a number of individuals 29.800 / l. Frequency of presence (FK) ranged from 50 - 100 %. Index diversitas at the coal-fired power the gulf of sirih 3,6085 , floating net cages a net buoyant bbi bungus 3,8538, settlement 3,5702 and regional mangrove 5,6276. Parameter a quality of water that measured is ph 6- 7, do 5.6 - 6.4 ppm, nitrate 0.05 -  0.45 ppm, phospat 0.02 - 0,37 ppm, ammonia 0.09 - 0,40 ppm, salinity 30 %, brightness 2 - 8 wide, temperature 32.5 - 33.7^oC.
