FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN NELAYAN PAYANG ULAK KARANG KECAMATAN PADANG UTARA KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan melaut nelayan, pendapatan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga nelayan serta aset yang dimiliki nelayan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2017 di Kelurahan Ulak Karang Utara Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nelayan payang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 63 orang nelayan ABK. Hasil analisis statistik bahwa Variabel X1 (biaya, 1,578), X2 (harga, -0,201), X3 (cuaca dan iklim, -0,274) dimana t_tabel 1,671. Keputusannya variabel bebas X1 (biaya), X2 (harga) danX3 (cuaca dan iklim) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Sedangkan dua variabel bebas lainnya yang memiliki t_hitung lebih besar dari t_tabel. adalah variabel X4 (musim) dan X5 (jenis ikan). Dimana nilai t_hitung X4 (musim, 6,345) dan X5 (jenis ikan, 67,868) sedangkan t_tabel nya lebih kecil dari t_hitung. Nilai t_tabel yaitu 1,671. maka keputusan variabel X4 (musim) dan X5 (jenis ikan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Pendapatan keluarga nelayan yaitu Rp2.100.000-3.000.000/bulan, pengeluaran keluarga nelayan juga Rp2.100.000-3.000.000/bulan tidak ada lebih pendapatan untuk dijadikan aset. Akan tetapi aset lancar nelayan seperti (tabungan), aset tetap nelayan (motor dan tv) dan harta tak berwujud nelayan (skil dan pendidikan), dimiliki Nelayan Payang Ulak Karang Utara.

ABSTRACT

               This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of fishing, income and expenditure of fishermen's households and assets owned by fishermen. This research was conducted in March 2017 in Ulak Karang Utara Subdistrict, Padang Utara Subdistrict, Padang City. This type of research is descriptive. Data used primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is fisherman payang, with purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study 63 people the crew fishermen. The result of statistical analysis that Variable X1 (cost, 1,578), X2 (price, -0.201), X3 (weather and climate, -0,274) where T tabel 1.671. Decision free variable X1 (cost), X2 (price) and X3 (weather and climate) does not affect the dependent variable (Y). While the other two independent variables that have T count is greater than T table. Are the variables X4 (season) and X5 (fish species). Where the value of T count X4 (season, 6,345) and X5 (fish type, 67,868) while its T table is smaller than T count The value of T table is 1.671. Then the decision variable X4 (season) and X5 (type of fish) affect the dependent variable (Y). Fishermen's family income is Rp2,100,000-3,000,000 / month, fishermen's family expenditure is also Rp2.100.000-3.000.000 / month no more income to be asset. However, current assets of fishermen such as (savings), fixed assets of fishermen (motorcycle and tv) and intangible property of fishermen (skil and education), Owned by North Ulak Karang  fishermen.
