PERBEDAAN PADAT TEBAR BENIH IKAN ASANG (Osteochilus vittatus) PADA BAK TERPALTERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP, EFISIENSI PAKAN, PARAMETER KIMIA KUALITAS AIR DAN TANAH
Abstract
FCR tertinggi perlakuan C (1,8±0,32), FER tertinggi perlakuan A (72±7,37%), PER tertinggi perlakuan A (81±11,65%), FMCR tertinggi perlakuan C (102±18,14%). Kualitas air meliputi Alkalinitas tertinggi perlakuan B(87,85±25,39 mg/L), DO tertinggi perlakuan A (6,36±0,45 mg/L), CO2 tertinggi perlakuan C (17,16±6,46 mg/L), NO2 tertinggi perlakuan B (0,16±0,03 mg/L), Total Nitrogen tertinggi perlakuan B (1,90±0,32 mg/L), Total Phospat tertinggi perlakuan A (1,41±0,28 mg/L), Amoniak tertinggi perlakuan B (0,3±0,3 mg/L), pH setiap perlakuannya tidak menunjukkan perbedaan dengan nilai pH 6,00. Kualitas tanah Nitrat tertinggi perlakuan C (9203±812,4 µ/kg), Nitrogen tertinggi perlakuan C (1,50±0,55%), Posfor tertinggi perlakuan C (0,53±0,05%), Total C-Organik tertinggi perlakuan B (15,30±4,03%), pH H2O tertinggi perlakuan B (6,33±0,47), pH KCl tertinggi pada perlakuan B (5,73±0,8).Kata Kunci : Ikan Asang, Padat tebar, Efisiensi Pakan, Kualitas air, Kualitas tanah
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research to analyze the difference of stocking density of Osteochilus vittatus fingerlings on syntetic sheat pond to survival rate, feed efficiency, water quality and soil chemical parameters. The method used is experimental using Completely Randomized Design was there treatments and there replicated. Initial length of fingerlings was 5-7 cm as much as 450 individuals. Syntetic sheat pond size is 160x75x50 cm with water volume 250 L and coated with soil as high as 3 cm. A (25 fish/250 L), B (50 fish/250 L) and C (75 fish/250 L). The results showed the highest of survival rate in A (100.00%), the highest of FCR in C (1.8±0.32), the highest of FER in A (72±7.37%), the highest of PER in A (81±11.65%), the highest of FMCR in C (102±18.14%). Water quality included the highest of Alkalinity in B (87.85±25.39 mg/L), DO in A (6.36±0.45 mg/L), CO2in C (17.16±6.46 mg/L), NO2 in B (0.16±0.03 mg/L), Nitrogen Total in B (1.90±0.32 mg/L), Phosphate in A (1.41±0.28 mg/L), Ammonia in B (0.3±0.3 mg/L), pH at each treatment did not show any difference with value pH 6. Soil quality included the highest of Nitrate in C (9203±812.4 μ/kg), Nitrogen in C (1.50±0.55%), Phosphorus C (0.53±0.05%), Carbon Organic total in B (15.30±4.03%), pH H2O in B (6.33±0.47) and KCl in B (5.73±0.8).
