DAYA TETAS TELUR DAN SINTASAN LARVA HASIL HIBRIDISASI IKAN ASANG (Ostheochilus vittatus) DENGAN MAS KOKI (Carassius auratus) DAN KOMET (Carassius auratus auratus)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Diameter telur, Daya Tetas Telur dan Sintasan Larva  Hasil Hibridisasi antara ikan Asang dengan Mas koki dan Komet. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai bulan April 2017 di Laboratorium Terpadu Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu  Kelautan Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sebagai berikut: Perlakuan A: Induk betina ikan Asang dengan induk jantan ikan Mas koki Perlakuan B: Induk jantan ikan Asang dengan induk betina ikan Mas koki Perlakuan C: Induk betina ikan Asang dengan induk jantan ikan komet Perlakuan D: Induk jantan ikan Asang dengan induk betina ikan komet. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata diameter telur terbesar pada perlakuan A (Induk betina ikan Asang dengan induk jantan ikan Mas koki)  dengan ukuran 332,42 Mikro Meter. Sedangkan derajat penetasan terlur tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan D (Induk jantan ikan asang dengan induk betina ikan Komet) dengan rata-rata 24,68%. sintasan tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan B (Induk jantan ikan Asang dengan induk betina ikan Mas koki) dengan rata-rata 29,18%. Hasil kualitas air selama penelitian yaitu Suhu air selama penelitian berkisar antara 26-29 oC, kandungan oksigen terlarut (DO) selama penelitian berkisar antara 4,4 – 6,5 ppm, sedangkan kondisi pH air selama penelitian yaitu 7-7,5, semua parameter keualitas air tersebut masih layak untuk kegiatan budidaya.

ABSTRACT

This research aims to know the Diameter of an egg, the egg and Hatchability Survival Larval fish Hybridization between Ostheochilus vittatus Results with Carassius auratus and Carassius auratus auratus . This research was conducted in March to April 2017 in Integrated Laboratories of the Faculty of fisheries and Marine Sciences, Bung Hatta University, Padang. The methods used in this research is a method of experimental Design used was Complete Random Design (RAL) by using the 4 treatments and 3 replicates as follows: A: The female parent the parent with Ostheochilus vittatus a male Carassius auratus Treatment B: The male parent Ostheochilus vittatus stem with female Carassius auratus Treatment C: The female parent fish males with Ostheochilus vittatus a male Carassius auratus auratus) Treatment D: The male parent fish the female fish with Ostheochilus vittatus a male Carassius auratus auratus).Results of the study showed the average diameter of the largest egg in the treatment. A: (The Parent of the female Ostheochilus vittatus with male parent Carassius auratus Treatment B: Parent Ostheochilus vittatus with parent Females Carassius auratus Treatment C: Parent female Ostheochilus vittatus with male parent Carassius auratus auratus Treatment D: Parent Ostheochilus vittatus with female parent Carassius auratus. The results showed the largest mean egg diameter at treatment A (Ostheochilus vittatus female parent with male parent Carassius auratus) with size 332.42 Micro Meter. While the highest degree of hatching is found in treatment D (male parent Ostheochilus vittatus with female parent) with an average of Carassius auratus auratus 24.68%. The highest synthesis is in treatment B (male parent Ostheochilus vittatus with Carassius auratus female parent) with an average of 29.18%. Results of water quality during the study were Water Temperature during the study ranged from 26-29 0c, dissolved oxygen content (DO) during the study ranged from 4.4 to 6.5 ppm, while the water pH conditions during the study were 7-7.5, all water quality parameters are still feasible for cultivation activities.
