KEANEKARAGAMAN FITOPLANKTON DI PERAIRAN DANAU TALANG KECAMATAN DANAU KEMBAR KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman fitoplankton di perairan Danau Talang yang meliputi Kerapatan Relatif (KR), Frekuensi Keberadaan (FK), dan Indeks Diversitas, serta untuk mengukur parameter fisika dan kimia perairan yaitu; pH, Oksigen Terlarut (DO), phospat, nitrat, suhu dan kecerahan. Pengambilan sampel fitoplankton menggunakan metoda purposive sampling dengan menetapkan 4 stasiun. Hasil penelitian dari perairan Danau Talang pada stasiun I daerah pemukiman penduduk tepi danau sebanyak 14 jenis, jumlah individu 12.000/L. Stasiun II daerah hutan tepi danau sebanyak 10 jenis, jumlah individu 6.200/L. Stasiun III daerah keramba jaring apung sebanyak 15 jenis, jumlah individu 20.200/L. Stasiun IV daerah perkebunan tepi danau sebanyak 14 jenis, jumlah individu 8.600/L. Frekuensi keberadaan (FK) berkisar antara 50%-100%. Indeks Diversitas pada stasiun I 0,9714, stasiun II 0,9156, stasiun III 1,0944 dan stasiun IV 1,0218. Parameter kualitas air diukur masing-masing stasiun berkisar pH 7-8,3. DO 8-8,5 ppm. phosphat 0,02-0,10 ppm, nitrat 0,04-0,16 ppm, kecerahan 2-5,5 m, suhu 280C -30,10C. Kata kunci : Fitoplankton, keanekaragaman, Danau Talang ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the abundance and diversity of phytoplankton in the Talang lake are relative density, presence frequency, and diversity index, and also to measure the physical and chemical parameters of the waters these are; pH, dissolved oxygen, phospat, nitrate, temperature, brightness. Phytoplankton sampling using purposive sampling method by 4 stations. Result of research from Talang lake at station I residential area of lakeside as many as 14 species, an individual number 12.000/L. Station II lakeside forest area as many as 10 species, an individual number 6.200/L. Station III floating net cage area as many as 15 species, an individuals number 20.200/L. Station IV lakeside plantation area as many as 14 species, an individuals number 8.600/L. Requency of presence ranged from 50%-100%, index of diversity at station I 0,9714, station II 0,9156, station III 1,0944 and station IV 1,0218. Water quality parameters measured in each stations ranged from pH 7-8,3. DO 8-8,5 ppm, phospat 0,02-0,10 ppm, brightness 2-5 m and temperature 280C -30,1℃.
