PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TEPUNG Azolla sp, DAN TEPUNG UDANG REBON TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN IKAN GURAME (Osphronemus goramy Lac.)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian tepung Azolla sp, dan tepung Udang Rebon terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan Gurame (Osphronemus goramy Lac). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan A  Tepung Rebon 100%, Perlakuan B Tepung Azolla sp 50% dicampur Tepung Udang Rebon 50%, Perlakuan C Tepung Azolla sp 25% dicampur Tepung Udang Rebon 75%, Perlakuan D Tepung Azolla sp 75% dicampur Tepung Udang Rebon 25%. Ikan uji yang digunakan benih ikan Gurame ukuran 5-7 cm sebanyak 240 ekor, wadah yang digunakan kerangkeng waring ukuran 50x60x50 cm, tinggi air 20 cm dan volume 60 L air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi pada perlakuan B (96,67%). Pertumbuhan Berat Mutlak tertinggi pada perlakuan B 4,70 g, Pertumbuhan Panjang Mutlak tertinggi pada perlakuan B 2,24 cm ,FCR tertinggi pada perlakuan B 1,05. Kualitas air meliputi, Suhu 29,0-31,2 oC , DO 5,80-6,71 ppm, Nitrat 0,05-0,11 ppm, pH 6,52- 7,12 dan Amoniak 0,03-0,12  ppm.

ABSTRACT

 

The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of giving Azolla sp flour, and Rebon Shrimp flour to the survival and growth of Gurame fish (Osphronemus goramy Lac). The method used is an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment of 100% Rebon Flour, Treatment of 50% Azolla sp flour mixed with 50% Rebon Shrimp Flour, Treatment of 25% Azolla sp flour mixed with 75% Rebon Shrimp Flour, 75% D Azolla sp flour mixed with 25% Rebon Shrimp Flour. The test fish used for the size of 5-7 cm Gurame fish were 240, the container used was 50x60x50 cm, 20 cm high and 60 L water. The results showed the highest survival rate in treatment B (96.67%). The highest absolute weight growth in treatment B 4.70 g, the highest absolute length growth at treatment B 2.24 cm, the highest FCR in treatment B 1.05. Water quality includes, Temperature 29.0-31.2 oC, DO 5.80-6.71 ppm, Nitrate 0.05-0.11 ppm, pH 6.52-7.12 and Ammonia 0.03-0, 12 ppm.
