TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE AGAINST THE DEGREES OF HATCHING RATE AND SURVIVAL OF GIANT GOURAMY LARVAE (Osprhronemus gouramy Lac.)

Abstract

ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan suhu terhadap derajat penetasan telur dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan Gurame Soang. Penelitian ini dillakukan pada bulan Desember 2018 sampai Januari 2019 di Nagari Sungai Bangek, Kelurahan Balai Gadang, Kecamatan Koto Tangah,  Padang, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan suhu (26oC, 28oC, 30oC dan 32oC) dan tiga kali ulangan. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji univariate dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara satu perlakuan dan perlakuan lainnya, dilakukan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa derajat penetasan telur tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan A yaitu sebesar (99.60 %) dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi pada perlakuan A yaitu sebesar (64.21 %). Pengaturan suhu pada perlakuan A memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap derajat tetas telur dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan Gurame Soang (P<0,05)

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted in December 2018, for 20 days in.Nagari Sungai Bangek, Balai Gadang Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang, West Sumatera. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different incubation temperatures on the degree of egg hatching and the survival of Giant Gouramy larvae. The experimental design using completely randomized design reseach (RAL). Treatment has to do is consist of four treatment eggs. the treatment consisted of four different temperature treatments namely A (temperature 26oC), B (temperature 28oC), C (temperature 30oC) and D (temperature 32oC) with three replications. Statistical analysis used the univariate test and to find out the difference between one treatment and the other treatment, Duncan test was performed. The results showed that the highest degree of egg hatching was found in treatment A which was equal to (99.60%) and the highest survival rate in treatment A was equal to (64.21%). Temperature regulation in treatment A had a significant effect on the degree of hatching of eggs and survival of Gurame Soang fish larvae (P <0.05).
