PAKAN ALTERNATIF UNTUK KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN LARVA LELE DUMBO (Clarias gariepinus BURCHELL)

ABSTRACT

            This study was conducted to examine the effect formulations alternative feed on survival and growth of dumbo catfish (Clarian gariepinus Burchell).  Dumbo catfish  fry 4 day old  were reared for 12 days in density of 10 fish/liter and feed larvae with 4 treatments and 3 replications : Treatment A (Fresh Tubifex sp 100%), treatment B (Rinuak fish of dough marten 100%), treatment C (Rinuak fish of dough marten 80%, powder feed commersial larvae 15% and powdered milk 5%). Treatment D (Rinuak fish of dough marten 60%, powder feed commersial larvae 25%), powdered milk 15%). The daily of observed to mortality and during first 6 day of grouth larvae. The results of study showed that higher survival rate was obtained in treatment B (99.40%) and where are treatments of non significant.  Higher daily growth rate was obtained in treatment A (18,8%) and statistic on treatments is very significant.
