Abstract

Troll line (Troll Line) is a traditional fishing tool that is generally used by tonda fishermen to catch tuna and other pelagic fish in the sea.This study aims to analyze the specifications of fishing gear and fishing methodsThe method used is descriptive method from the results of the technical analysis of the tondan fishery at the fish landing base (PPI) Kambang, Lenggayanag sub-district, coastal regency, namely fishing gear specifications such as reels, mainlines, branchlines, hooks, lures, swivels and sinkers and for fishing methods such as preparation, setting and hauling.
