Abstract

PPI Kambang has the potential to be developed into a fishing port, seen from the potential for large fishery resources produced from the catches of fishermen landed at PPI Kambang. This study aims to analyze the utilization of existing functional facilities. The method used is descriptive method by analyzing the level of utilization of functional facilities at the Kambang Fish Landing Base (PPI), Lenggayang District, South Coastal District, West Sumatra. The level of utilization of Functional Facilities at the Kambang Fish Landing Base (PPI) in some buildings has been utilized by 100% percent, but there are still several buildings that have not been optimal, such as workshops, clean water installations, fuel and ice factories where the conditions of the existing facilities have not been able to provide adequate service. good for fishermen around the port.
