PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PROBIOTIK DENGAN DOSIS BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP IKAN GURAMI (Osphronemus gouramy)

Problems in gourami farming are slow production and growth, but can be overcome by feeding sufficient quality and quantity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of probiotics on the growth of gourami and to determine the optimal dose for gourami growth. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) experimental method with 5 treatments and 3 replicates. The results showed that the provision of probiotics in feed had a significant effect on daily growth rate, feed efficiency and feed conversion ratio (P>0.05) and had no significant effect on gourami survival (P>0.05), P3 treatment with probiotics 15 ml in 1 kg of feed was the best result with survival rate (62.22 ± 3.85%), daily growth rate (23.13 ± 1.93% / day), feed efficiency (7272.49 ± 0.98) and feed conversion (1.38 ± 0.17 g).References
