Abstract

Based on the technical requirements, PPI Air Napal has been able to serve fishing activities and has exceeded both technical and operational requirements. The technical requirements have been met with complete basic facilities; functional and supporting. While the operational requirements are capable of landing 6 tons of fish per day if the operating day is 360 days; but due to the westerly wind and the need to maintain the ship's engine, with 300 days of operation it can land as much as 7 tons of fish per day
