PENGARUH PERBEDAAN SUHU TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN BENIH IKAN BUJUK (Channa lucius Cuvier)
Abstract
The purpose of destination research was to determine the effect of temperature on the survival and growth of fish seed persuasion (Channa Lucius Cuvier). This research was been in December 2013 to January 2014 at integrated Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences University of Bung Hatta, Padang, West Sumatra. This research was conducted with an experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications that a treatment with a natural temperature/control, treatment B with a temperature of 290C, 310C temperature treatment C and treatment with D with temperature 310C. The results showed that survival was highest in treatments B and C, the length and the weight gain was highest in treatment C. Based on these results it is known that the best temperature for maintaining fish seed persuasion is the temperature 310C. Based on the results of statistical analysis one way ANAVA showed that there was no effect of water temperature on the survival of maintenance medium and the length of the fish seed persuasion, (p>0,05). While based on statistical analysis of weight gain relative to water temperature maintenance medium significantly (p<0.05).
