KARAKTERISTIK MORFOLOGI IKAN ASANG (Osthechilus haselti CV) BERDASARKAN TRUSS MORFOMETRIK PADA HABITAT PERAIRAN YANG BERBEDA

Abstract

Fishes of asang (Ostheochilus haselti CV) is species in tastlees water which live in shore. In West Sumatera  especially in lake of Singkarak, Maninjau, Magek Talatang Kamang Kabupaten Agam. The implicit of the population of asang fishes are casued by  cathes fish more than usually. The purposed of the research is to know the characteristics’ of morphology between the differnces of habit,  the quality of water. The method is used by the reseacher is truss morfometric (Huwoyon,2010). The population are 20 fishes for one location in lake Singkarak. Lake Maninjau, in Magek Tilatang Kamang as fishpond. The data Analys  is use by  One Way Anova with spss program. The result of reseach found that there are differencies of the characteristics’ morfometric truss of asang fish  in three location it is the long of fishes are differnt each other of Singkarak 126,23±15,83 mm, Maninjau 94,81±16,23 mm, and Magek Tilatang Kamang 255,21±163,3 mm. Standar of long  singkarak 104,36±12,8 mm, Maninjau 7.559±1.328 mm, and Magek Tilatang Kamang 204,31±133,2 mm. Meanwhile the imortant factor is the chaeacteristics’ of  morfology is the upper jaw (A³)  lower jaw(A²), muzzle (A¹) while the quality of the water are good base in (DO) the soluble of oxigen from the location of research in in magek tilatang kamang as fishpond based on the the quality of water(DO) 7,4mg/L, lake  singakarak 7,3mg/L, lake maninjau 6.,39 mg/L.
