PENGKAYAAN Artemia salina DENGAN OMEGA-3 TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP DAN PERTUMBUHAN LARVA IKAN MAS KOKI (Carassius auratus L)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Artemia salina enrichment with Omega - 3 on the survival , growth and determine the appropriate dose for larval goldfish ( Carassius auratus L ) . Research conducted experiments with a completely randomized design ( CRD ) . Hatched Artemia nauplii that had been enriched with Omega3 for 2 hours of treatment A ( 0.6 mL / L ) , treatment B ( 0.9 ml / L ) , treatment C ( 0.12 ml / L ) , treatment D ( 0.15 ml / L ) . The results showed that Artemia enrichment with omega - 3 were not significantly different ( P > 0.05 ) on the survival and growth of larval goldfish . Where the best results obtained at a dose of 0.12 ml treatment C / L with survival ( 92 % ) and absolute growth in length ( 9.74 mm ) . So it can be concluded that the best treatment for the survival and growth is on Artemia enrichment with Omega-3 dose of 0.12 ml/L.
