STUDI TENTANG TINGKAT PEMANFAATAN PANGKALAN PENDARATAN IKAN DUMAI DAN KEBIJAKAN PENGEMBANGANNYA DI KECAMATAN DUMAI BARAT KOTA DUMAI PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify the level of utilization of the facilities and Fish
Landing Base (FLB) Dumai Riau Province, analyze the effectiveness of the use of FLB
Dumai and analysis policy development. This study used a survey method and data analysis
SWOT method. FLB Dumai is managed by the Technical Implementation Unit (TIU) Dumai
which has basic facilities, functional and support. The level of effectiveness of the use of
facilities and supporting basic functional high enough with a value of 22.8 which lies in the
interval 21.92 / 24,06 classified on the effective qualification. Development that needs to be
taken is to accelerate the implementation of physical development; made breakwater
construction and buildings ashore; and strengthen the city government organizers dumai.
